Structural Design Description of Multi-Directional Opening Powder Detergent Dispenser for Dishwasher

This design involves a powder detergent dispenser for dishwashers, mainly optimizing the detergent release direction and the lid opening structure to enhance the stability and applicability of detergent dispensing. The dispenser consists of a box-shaped storage cavity, an openable lid, and a hinge connection structure. It is installed on the inner side of the dishwasher door and is connected to the processing chamber.

The lid of the dispenser is connected to the main body through a hinge, which can be arranged at the top, bottom, or any side of the dispenser according to the overall structure of the machine. Different hinge installation methods allow the lid to move upward, downward, or sideways when opened, thus adapting to the internal space layout and installation requirements of different types of dishwashers.

During the washing program, the lid will automatically open at the set time. Due to the optimized design of the hinge position, the lid will not block the discharge area when opened, and the powder detergent can naturally slide out under the force of gravity and enter the dishwasher’s processing chamber to participate in the washing process. This structure can effectively reduce the residue and accumulation of detergent, improving the dispensing efficiency and washing effect.

In addition, when the lid is closed, it can form a good seal with the storage cavity, preventing water vapor from entering the dispenser in advance and avoiding the powder from getting damp and clumping. By flexibly setting the hinge direction and opening path, this design has the advantages of simple structure, smooth release, and strong adaptability, and can be widely applied to various dishwasher products.
