Function Description of the Inclined Bottom Wall Structure in the Detergent Box

The detergent dispenser box features an internal compartment designed to securely hold cleaning agents such as liquid detergent and laundry powder. To optimize the dispensing efficiency and minimize residue, the device incorporates a sloped bottom wall in its structural design. This bottom wall is arranged at an incline relative to the vertical central axis of the unit, rather than using the conventional vertical or horizontal layout, representing a key improvement in the detergent box’s structure.

When the washing machine is operating normally and the detergent dispenser remains in a vertical discharge position, the inclined bottom wall effectively guides the flow. A conventional flat bottom tends to cause detergent buildup, adhesion, and residue, preventing cleaning agents from fully entering the drum. Over time, this can lead to mold growth, clumping, and inadequate cleaning. In contrast, the sloped design utilizes gravity to allow detergent placed inside the compartment to naturally slide downward and outward, exiting the containment space smoothly.

During the complete washing process, when the device opens the detergent compartment lid, fills with water for rinsing, and releases the detergent, the inclined bottom wall works in conjunction with the water flow to further enhance discharge efficiency. Whether liquid detergent or granular laundry powder, both can smoothly slide down along the slope, significantly reducing residual material trapped in corners and at the bottom of the compartment.

This structural design is simple and reliable, requiring no additional power components. By optimizing the physical tilt angle, it effectively addresses common issues such as incomplete detergent discharge, residue buildup, and dirt accumulation, significantly improving overall washing cleanliness. At the same time, it reduces the frequency of maintenance and cleaning for the detergent dispenser, thereby extending the equipment’s service life.
