Design Description of the Upper Limiting Structure of the Powder Dispenser

This powder cleaner dispenser is designed for use in dishwashers, with a focus on achieving effective control of the dosage added, to prevent any negative effects on cleaning performance or waste of the cleaner due to excessive addition. The dispenser consists of a box-shaped independent compartment, which is used to hold powdered dishwashing cleaner and releases the cleaner in the manner set by the system during the dishwasher operation.

In terms of structural design, the upper part of the box-shaped independent compartment is equipped with a clear upper edge structure. This upper edge is used to limit the maximum volume of the powder cleaner that can be stored. This upper edge not only provides a physical limit but also serves as an intuitive measurement reference, enabling users to clearly determine the appropriate dosage when adding the cleaner, thereby reducing human error.

When the dispenser is in a basic horizontal loading state, the space defined by the upper edge is the recommended maximum loading capacity. If the added cleaner exceeds this limited volume, theoretically, the excess cleaner will have the condition to overflow over the upper edge. However, considering the physical properties of the powder cleaner, its fluidity is significantly lower than that of liquid or gel-type cleaners. Therefore, in cases of excessive addition, the powder cleaner is more likely to form a pile within the compartment rather than immediately overflow over the upper edge.

Based on this characteristic, this design determines the upper edge height and compartment structure reasonably to ensure that the powder cleaner is stably stored within the normal usage range. When there is a significant excess, overflow or abnormal accumulation alerts will be triggered, guiding users to control the dosage at the structural level. This design takes into account the accuracy of measurement, the safety of use, and the user experience, and is suitable for powder cleaner dispenser systems in both household and commercial dishwashers.
