The M600200 uses Venturi technology to achieve dilution of chemicals, maximizing work efficiency and thereby increasing end-user satisfaction. The technology utilizes the Venturi effect to achieve liquid dilution. It usually consists of a system of pipes that includes a contracted section (venturi tube), and as the liquid passes through this contracted section, the flow rate of the liquid increases and the pressure decreases according to the Venturi effect.
In a liquid dilutor, the flow rate of the original liquid (usually a concentrated liquid or solution) through the contracted portion of the venturi tube increases, resulting in a decrease in pressure. At the same time, through an auxiliary pipe, another liquid (usually solvent or water) is introduced into the venturi tube to be mixed into the original liquid. Due to the Venturi effect, the auxiliary liquid is forced into the main liquid, achieving the mixing of the two liquids. Due to the nature of the Venturi effect, the mixing effect can be very uniform and controllable.
